This is a great store on King st! I had a wonderful experience at this Billy Reid location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went in to look at one thing and walked out with six. Highly recommend.

This brand grabbed my adoration and commitment from the 1st encounter.
Was on their site looking for a sold out item.
Got an email a day later letting me know that the item I was looking for was available via a customer return.
I’ve also shopped in store in Charleston. The customer service reminds me of my days at Eddie Bauer, when customer service mattered. Staff can’t do enough for you.
When choice is in abundance, service is the difference.

Like other reviewers, I adore every Billy Reid item I own, and had an excellent retail experience at this gorgeous location on historic King Street. Billy Reid's quality, across the board, is something to be admired. Billy Reid is also one of very few brands that consistently and successfully balances fashion with restraint. Statement pieces with great taste. Items always fit perfectly and provide exceptional repeat value. Billy Reid is timeless, classic fashion at its best. Outstanding staff at this location, too.

do not buy from billy Reid they will scam you out of thinking you are buying an on sale item that can be returned but after the fact when you want to return it they will say that it was marked as final sale (even tho it wasn't). this has happened to me recently and I am not out 500 dollars. they only have one person in customer service who is incredibly unhelpful- please stay away unless you know that you will not need to return product.

Love this store. We were tourists and don't have this store in the city we live in, but we are both fans of the brand, so it's nice to shop here. Many choices and sizes to try on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here (about 2 hours) and highly recommend it to others.

Slammed door in face yesterday, Rude guy again today and other people stated “I don’t think he wanted us in the store” - guy needs a new career. Covid has made people stupid. Only 4 people in store and he is doing nothing and won’t let 5th person in.

I really like checking out Billy Reid men's clothes when I have the opportunity, so walking up on one in the fashion district on King St in Charleston was very nice. I was able to pick up a vest that I had previously seen at the Georgetown, DC location and got it for 1/2 off. This store had a nice selection of women's wear as well. Friendly people working here too.

Billy Reid on King Street in Charleston is a great source for quality clothing that is unique and looks good. They have a really good selection of different items available and it is easy to find something stylish. I have had a good experience shopping here and have been happy with all of my purchases.

Billy Reid is fantastic, especially the Charleston store. The clothes great - the fit and quality are awesome. I have several blazers, shirts and pants and I get compliments on every Billy Reid item I wear. I have bought several items for my wife here as well which she loves. It's also always a genuine pleasure to shop here. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

LOVED this shop!! Was my first time there. Salesgirls were immediately kind, friendly and super helpful. One let me try on her pants since they didn't have that size available in the store and I tried the other salesgirls boots to check sizing. Bought both items, and more.

As a repeat customer to the website, this was the first brick-and-mortar Billy Reid I've ever been to; the staff was amongst some of the nicest staff I have ever met in a store, incredibly helpful and all around super nice people who are excited about where they work!
