I've been a long time customer for over 20 years and this is my favorite place to shop! Big Lots is a fun store to walk around in because you never know what you'll find. This store was nicely remodeled and is so clean! They have a great selection of household items, groceries, some furniture, and holiday/seasonal items. As a Big Rewards member, they now send you emails for 20% off your entire purchase! You have to check your email for when the next deal happens or you'll miss it. On some days, they also have free deals, which is a nice perk. If you buy any food items, be sure to check the dates as the expiration date may be close. Everyone here is very kind, helpful, and make you feel like a "BIGionaire"!

I ordered two nightstands and a dresser and was charged for the products twice, which totaled over $1,000 just for one order. So $2,000 was taken out of my bank account and I was promised delivery two days in a row, which the store and the company they contracted to deliver our furniture failed to do. This store is full of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen and someone needs to fix it.

Don’t know how to move a line. Was up next for the register then told to go to furniture to check out then go to furniture and am waiting after 3 people and the lady behind me automatically goes ahead at front register. I’m confused and that was very dumb.

Very clean for a big lots, these type of stores you want to explore all over because there are deals to be found all over. I got a bottle of vitamins for $2! Giant box of club crackers for $5, look all over. Lots of fun stuff for the beach and home there too.
