Bought a SimpleMobile Hotspot but no one said I needed a separate SIM card. So AFTER setting up service online, I had to go back to the store. Best Buy WAS NOT confident in what I needed.... STILL.
SIMPLEMOBILE's customer support DIDN'T KNOW EITHER AND COULD NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS I HAD. I could BARELY UNDERSTAND THEM due to a thick Indian accent. Now it's DAY 4 AND THIS HOTSPOT STILL DOESN'T WORK but I've already paid for a months service. Now they just told me "to wait 20 minutes and try turning it on. If it doesn't work call back."
I've spent more than $90 and still have no portable wifi. Plus I'm dreading calling back SimpleMobile because I CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY and SIMPLEMOBILE! ??♀️
2 stars because the staff is friendly at least. ??♀️

Typical Best Buy store. I was mostly in the phone section which was more heavily stocked with iPhones and accessories. There weren't as many android accessories or clearance items. The Samsung and Motorola were not turned out whereas the Apple and Google phones were. The staff seemed nice and were quick to ask if I needed assistance

There was nothing about my experience at this best buy that was memorable. The inside was subpar compared to most of the best buys I've been to, and the customer service was non-existent. I would have rather checked myself out after finding everything I needed.

Food prices have more than doubled , also get much smaller portions, our bill was over $81.00 for 8 fried oysters, coleslaw and tea for both of us, we won't be returning, sorry!

In sales and product knowledge, Kafele was OUTSTANDING! Great customer service and he made sure that I got the best deal on my new GoPro Camera. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to subtract one because of Geek Squad not respecting appointment times. I had a confirmed, prescheduled appointment time with Geek Squad but never actually received help. After waiting almost 20 minutes for that appointment, I decided to leave.

I mean...its Best Buy. The TV would have been cheaper and I wouldn't have wasted an hour in the store but I didn't have to wait 2 days for delivery?

I guess they are having a staffing issue as every time I go I have to go find someone to help me. It also seems they keep the cheaper TV's in stock while the others you have to order or at least that's been my experience. The most frustrating thing though, as I said, is the customer service. It's frustrating to WANT to spend money, but you have to hunt someone down!
