I had a situation with a plumbing leak that damaged a portion of the hardwood floors in a bedroom. Wendy Hull came to our rescue. She was able to match the existing floor for a repair instead of having the replace the entire span of flooring saving a significant amount of money. I called Wendy and sent her pictures of the problem, she showed up the next day with sample boards and a solution. The repair is flawless and the match with the existing floor was perfect. I truly appreciated her expertise and promptness.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Wendy came out to my house, measured the floors and had samples to show me that day. She provided an estimate and had the work scheduled within 24 hours. I am very happy with the way the floors look, and with their fast and professional service!

Wendy was amazing! She listened to our needs, wants, and budget- - then recommended perfect options. As an out of town customer, Wendy shipped us samples for our final decision. Priced right, easy deal, and installed on-time with no issues. Smooth transaction and as a bonus, Wendy even showed up at the installation! Highly recommend working with this trustworthy family business.

My husband and I worked closely with Wendy Hull of Beasley Floor Covering to help us select and install LVT for most of our house, approximately 80 % or so, so it was a big job and a scary undertaking for us. Wendy was absolutely wonderful to work with-she exceeded our expectations. She was always easy to reach/prompt in responding, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be happy with our purchase and kept it within a reasonable price range for the high quality. We never felt intimidated while asking questions. The work crew was very reliable and took great pride in their work. There were a few very minor things, a nail popped up a little and a threshold started coming up, but Wendy and her crew were very quick to respond-wanting to fix the issues before we we even able to meet them to do so. This was after we paid them-so they stand behind their work and their product. We will definitely call Wendy for any other flooring needs/installations. She really simplified the process and made it enjoyable! Thank you Wendy Hull! We will be back!

Wendy Beasley and Beasley flooring in West Ashley are the people you want to work with when you need new floors! Wendy was soooo responsive I felt like I had my own consultant right in the palm of my hand. When there was a local shortage of the flooring I had picked she immediately calculated what any extra costs would be to ship from California and spent over an hour with me after-hours in their sales room looking at multiple replacement options. I personally love working with people who are positive and love bringing their customers joy -- that is Wendy in a nutshell! She never made me feel like any question was a stupid question to ask...and I had many! She worked through several different installation scenarios I kept presenting her in very quick turn. I believe I got a great floor that was very reasonably priced and I got unmatched 1-on-1 attention and expertise I just could not get at the big box hardware stores. Kudos to Wendy and the Beasley flooring team!

Tens years of home ownership this was by far the best home improvement experience. The floors are stunning. They came when they said they would, excellent communication, everything was completed as they stated, and the price was more than fair. The Sales agent Wendy was so knowledgeable about not only floors but homes, home design, paints etc... I found her to be invaluable thru this process. Floors were installed while I was out of town she even came back to close a window I left open before it rained.. very impressed. Do not go to Lowes. If you need floors I strongly recommend you call Beasley ask for Wendy.
