Excellent service every time. My golf cart battery had an issue, and was one year past the warranty coverage. Paul still gave me a discount on a replacement, and carried it out to my vehicle. Satisfied repeat customer

I have used this location several times for emergency battery issues (usually key fob batteries for various vehicles or oddball sizes) and have always been pleased with the customer service. Today though there was a minor issue with something being broken during battery install and the customer service was amazing. Ebony was the staff member that helped me out today. Just a great attitude and exceptional handling of my complaint. Anybody can be good when things are easy, it’s when they go wrong that you see how a company and it’s staff will treat you.The fact that in the past and today the staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly is great too!Batteries Plus has won a customer for life!

Had 2009 Honda towed to Battery plus thinking all I needed was a new battery. Once battery was replaced car still would not start.The man at battery plus was very nice and polite telling me that it may be the alternator .The Friday before Christmas. These wonderful people allowed my car to stay until parked until 12/27/23 I will tell everyone I know how great Battery plus is.
