Decent banking center, just a smaller branch. Typically just one (sometimes two) teller working when I've visited. Some online scheduling options haven't worked for this branch for some reason. Usually not busy so it's easy to get in and out. I did have an issue here once with the staff reading over a document that I was getting notarized; the contents of the legal document were none of their business.

Would give 0 if I could. This review is overall not just this branch. Everytime I call I'm given different info for the same question. When I opened my account (in ohio) all transactions that would result in a negative balance should be declined. Not once not twice not three times but four times have they allowed 100s of $ to go through. Everything I call its a run around bc their reps messed up. This bank is a scam. Don't waste your time.

Rarely does this branch answer the phone.Because of a procedure they have, in order to access their vault, I wind up having to wait unnecessarily since they could've been prepared ahead of time if they answered their line.Since this hassle has proven to be the norm, and not the exception, I now frequent the BofA on Sam Rittenberg Blvd (despite it being much further away) because they have always been helpful and responsive to transactions conducted at their branch.

Don't show up at 9am when they are scheduled to open because they just open whenever they want. With one teller. They will close whenever they want to. I can't remember the last time the drive through was open. If you're looking for customer service this isn't the place. But...they are happy to charge everyone every service fee they can think of. Charged the guy next to me $8 to cash a check! No discount for waiting in line for twenty minutes to cash it. Or the 10 minutes outside waiting for them to open. Taking fees and providing no service in return. Should be Bank of America's new slogan.

The employees are very rude they don't greet you when you walk in and if you hand them your card they will place it on the counter not in your hand. I will not recommend this unfriendly bank to anyone.

I'm dropping my rating because it really sucks to only have one bank teller that has to work both the inside line AND the drive through line. There were 3 employees out actively and visibly working, one in a glass office with a customer complaining, one helping in the lobby, and the teller helping both the inside line and drive through. I have a feeling that people with money commonly have jobs to earn that money but yet this branch closes at 4pm so everyone and their mother rush to get here after work but before they close, which would explain the long wait in line. Despite the wait, there was one employee that came out of a back room only long enough to lock the front door at exactly 4 pm, and I'm thinking she might be more beneficial helping speed people through as a teller. So why did I have to physically enter the bank even though I mostly bank online? About 2 months ago I stopped receiving paper statements- despite never manually accepting to switch to online statements. I tried calling and the customer service agent informed me my account said I was still receiving paper only and confirmed my address was correct. One of the ladies working offered to check in her system and then even suggested I open my app and let her walk me through checking the online settings and sure enough, sneaky Bank of America had switched my options without my permission to online only and she helped me select the option I was comfortable with. The two employees I interacted with were both helpful and pleasant, but the amount of time waiting is unacceptable and bad for business.
