One person, behind the counter and only one person in a office is doing their job and doing good, there are two other people however they seem to be off in lala land ignoring all the people coming in. Extremely rude and exactly what I would expect of bank of America after dealing with them for do long. Just choose to use a different bank this isnt worth the stress.

During the pandemic they could have been a little better organized. Also, when I try to contact my personal banker he hardly gets back at me, actually almost never or very delayed.

Lol, this bank wants you to wait in line for 15 minutes for one teller, just to be told that YOU have to fill out a deposit slip in order for them to handle a pay roll check. News flash, I’m the customer, handle your own deposit slips, what is this, 1994?

The Bank of America Financial Center on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is one of my favorite bank branches. They know how to make everything very easy from simple transactions to more complex banking business. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that you get the assistance you need. It is good to have a good bank that you can trust.

This location is directly next to my business. The past 3 times I was there the wait times were 25+ minutes (since July). I've typically been the 2nd or 3rd person in line. I've gone at different times of the day and they've never had more than one teller working. This never used to be an issue, I've been going to this branch since opening my business in 2014. I don't know what the problem is or why they have 3 people working in the offices and only 1 teller, but if you're in a hurry, don't go into this branch unless it's to use the ATM. Yesterday I was there around 2pm, was the 3rd person in line and waited 10+ minutes without the line moving. I just got in the car and drove to the Folly Road location. At the other location I was greeted at the door and, even being second in line, I was out the door within 4 minutes. This branch needs to get it together before I plan to return.

They have a policy of having to get a higher up to review their checks before cashing. Then they can't be bothered to get said higher up in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to wait more than 15 min to cash a printed payroll check that. If your cashiers aren't capable of reviewing a check, fire them. If you need to review every single check then avail yourself during business hours.

Bank of America's are certainly a dime a dozen. This spot is conveniently located by my favorite West Ashley spot, the Coburg Cow. The parking lot here never fails to confuse me. It is large, which is certainly a plus, but there is no flow to it and I always feel like I'm driving in the wrong direction. There's no direct access to the road; I usually opt to come through the Harris Teeter side. Plus to this location, two ATMs in the drive thru. Not usually a ton of traffic headed to this bank, so I generally get in and out pretty quickly.

They are very nice, but lunch rush, ten people in line, one teller is not how banks should be run.
