Worst customer service, tried to go in and open a business account after driving an hr to get there, and they turned me away stating they don’t have enough people working to help. I will find a better bank to take my business too. Overall, the management is bad.

Cannot get to speak to a real person in order to schedule appointment for adding payable on death beneficiaries. Get passed from one computer system to another which does not understand what I need. Terrible way to run a business. Considering moving all my accounts
