I don’t usually review banks, but only at this location did one of the tellers give me some passive aggressive attitude. I only went there to make a simple deposit, but the teller made it seem like it was so much work. By the way, there were no other customers in line, so they weren’t busy at all. I forgot her name, but her job can’t be that difficult just to deposit a check into an account. There are some really lazy people in the world, and this woman looked like she was in her late 40s.

I visited this branch today to open a savings account.Mr.Philip was very friendly and did explain everything to me. I was so lucky that he was the one who assisted me. I ended up opening both checking and saving accounts.Extremely positive experience ♥️

Bank hours states lobby open till 4pm on a Thursday. Arrived here at 3.30pm to find no one here, shutters closed. Absolute pain as needed to deposit cash today for work.

The hours said that they were open. The recording said that they were open. I drove down there, parked, paid for parking and they were closed. One woman had to take two busses to get there. Simply closed with no explanation

I don’t understand how a bank can operate two days a week in a city where most people do not have transportation out of the city. Not being able to cash my paycheck and pay my bills is crippling in the middle of a pandemic. Consider what your purpose is as a bank and why having more than 14 hours of availability is crucial to people’s finances. I’m struggling to manage my banking business when your location is never open and the ATM always seems to be out of order. Do better. I know I don’t pay these high fees for this kind of service.

Got here at 3:40pm to get a temporary card and Joanna told me it was too late for me to be helped. Pretty lazy and inconsiderate because I left my job early to get there before the 4pm closing time.

I like the Bank Of America branch on Meeting Street in Charleston. The location is very convenient to walk in and do banking from just about anywhere on the Peninsula. The building itself is beautiful and the lobby of the bank is very cool with all of the marble, wood, and wide open areas. The banking staff here is very cool and helpful and able to help with all of the banking and transactions that you need to do. I have always had a very positive experience every time that I have visited this location. This branch is very consistent in quality and they are efficient in keeping the line moving even during the most busy times of the day. It is good to know that there is a quality bank that will be there for you.

I walked in at 10:30 am to open a business account and the employees standing around (doing nothing) stayed they had an 11:00am appointment and couldn't help me. They told me to make an appointment to open an account. This is the first and only BofA with this sort of attitude. As a premier member, i have never had the lack of interest and treatment from BofA employees as I did here. It was so awful that I am moving all my funds and companies to a new bank. DONT USE THiS BRANCH!
