“For the past three to four weeks, my truck would sometimes start and sometimes it wouldn't. It seemed like it was the battery so I took it to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and said it was good and I should just clean the terminals, which I did several times. I went to Advance this morning at the end of my rope and an employee, Davis Cowling reassured me that he would take care of it for me. Not only did he fix it within 10 minutes, but he took the time to let me know that he would be happy to help me with anything that I need moving forward. Not only was he professional, but he was genuinely concerned about helping me. He absolutely made my day and the stress that I had been dealing with for weeks was immediately gone. Thank you Davis!! “Mr. Yates fixed my car last week for less than half of what other places quoted me. He is very nice and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Dropped my car off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. He is busy so I had to follow up on my quote but I am glad I did! If I look close I can see some imperfections, sure, but I it's an old car and not worth top dollar to fix, so I am more than happy with the value I got.”
