Used them for LG Refrigerator Warranty Problem. First they came out to diagnose the well-known compressor failure. The Fridge completely stopped cooling, duh. Okay, I'm a new customer and they came back when we got the new compressor. The technician was rude but they d=fixed the problem. Now I have a problem with my water filter. After an hour with LG, they sold me the new part. A call to 911 to request they come make the replacement for me and I'm told they won't install a pat unless they bought it. Excuse me! I have an LG part, purchased from LG with receipts and they won't come. That's 911's prerogative but it tells me suspect the same part would have cost a little different if 911 supplied it. You want to make money off parts, that's okay. But I'm not a happy FORMER customer.

Came very quickly, replaced the filter on the wine fridge which was very tricky! Very courteous and professional. Very reasonable bill. Highly recommend.

We rent our home in the summer and when we come back there are always some issues. This time a burner on the stove that would not turn off. 911 was there the next morning and the problem was fixed quickly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrible terrible terrible. Came out and asked simple questions. Person had no idea and couldn't service account at all. This happened multiple times during a few different issues.m with appliances.

Excellent in every way except I had to wait a week cause they were so busy. That I. And of itself tells you something. The service technician was very professional and masked the entire time. He fixed our Microwave and got us back in business. He even replace some switches which we're getting old. They have a 45 day guarantee and Emily called about 43 days and I told her we had a problem in that the Microwave would start spinning as soon as you opened the door. I said I believe it was a switch he replaced. She wasn't so sure, but I told her to send the technician and she did. Sure enough-- a switch that was replaced went bad. He never saw this before. Fixed it -- no charge!

These two reps they sent to our home were knowledgeable and even more importantly, candid about the issue and the potential of future problems. They were also extremely respectful of our home -- floor, shelving around the appliance, etc. Having refurbished more homes than we'd like to admit over the past 20 years, we've had a LOT of contractor and repair type folks in our home and these guys were among the best we've encountered.

Such nice staff in the office. Emily's bubbly and Brit is brite and funny. Torrey was such a gentleman that he even wiped up the area after he completed his work on my oven. The COVID-19 pandemic has made some appliance parts harder to receive but they knew that I couldn't get a new wall oven so they put the part into special research and within a little while I had the oven working!

Excellent staff! The dude in the wheelchair is super knowledgeable about parts and appliances, but everyone there is great and if there’s anything I need that’s not in stock they can usually get it in a day or two!
