We are a farm in ladson and Jaylen I pray I have the name correct he was excellent with the service!! I didn’t give 5 stars because my phone didn’t come with a block to charge it that was disappointing!! Thanks for making a farmer proud to be American farmer just by saying my job matters!! Made me emotional!!

Staff totally misrepresented the repair that had to be completed. Started with them just needing to replace the screen unit to fix the broken speaker in my phone, but apparently required almost a full phone replacement....I wouldn't have had an issue with the repair, but no communication on timeline. I was initially told 1-hour, came back and was told 30 minutes. Went back to the store after 45 minutes, and was told to sit in the back and someone would be out within 5 minutes with my phone. Sat there for 2 hours and kept being told that it would be right out....Received my phone only to find out the repair was much more significant and wiped everything from the device...not a big deal to restore the phone but was not expecting to spend my entire afternoon back and forth and now needing to spend over an hour getting my device set back up. I would have waited till the weekend. Killed my entire work day...

Mason was helpful with getting me a new phone after mine was damaged. However, upon setting up the phone I had to wait nearly 2 hours because the first time we tried to set up they did it without connecting to WiFi, so it restarted and I had to do it all over again, which was frustrating. No one came to check on me during this process, despite them not being busy and me having questions as to what to click to setup the new phone-- this is probably why it took me longer than needed. Started out good by finding the problem to fix, but they need to finish strong by not forgetting about their clients at the Genius Bar. Overall a good experience

They claimed pickup orders were only to be retrieved by those who placed them since I was picking up for my boyfriend, they refused me (I had the order number). Boyfriend then goes in to retrieve order and they don’t ID check him or ask for order number, just handed it right over. So how did they know it was even him? If you’re going to give someone a hard time over policies do it to everyone.

Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff! Plenty of stock available and when to leave store they verify completely your purchase works s expected! Great experience- T-Mobile provides same level of service as well!

I have an older Mac desktop (2015) that I need to ship. I have removed the stand in the past, but can't get it off this time. I took it in to ask for help for this 5 minute issue. They insisted it cannot be removed without taking the computer apart. I initially mistakenly told them it was a 2018, and I was told if it was older than 2017, it could be done. So I called my husband to verify, and he said no, we bought it in 2014 or 2015. So I went back and told them it was a 2015, and they said it still had to be taken apart, even though I told them I had been able to remove it in the past and showed them YouTube videos. They either don't know what they're doing or just want to charge a lot of money for unnecessary work.

A beautiful and spacious store! We made an appointment at the genius bar, and the associate came to us very soon after we got there. He told us what we needed to do and he was very efficient. I was impressed with the whole interaction! There was a 'make your own emoji' seminar happening when we walked into the store, and there were associates everywhere to help with sales, repairs, and education. The iPads and iPhones were all on the center display, the headphones and earbuds along the wall, and accessories all around the walls also. The store was awesome, I could spend hours there!

Clean facility with a knowledgeable staff made easier by appointment planning online to avoid long waits. Very helpful and easy going experience made the drive, parking, and walking to location a breeze.

Very disappointed with the service. I let my iPhone to change the batteryat 12:00. It was supposed to be ready 1:40 pm; I checked in again at 1:40 to take it back and asked several time of my phone was ready. 45 minutes later I asked to a new person that told that yes it has been ready for a long time. In total more than one hour in the store. Very bad service

I spent two hours at the Genius Bar this morning, a complete waste of time to diagnose the issue with my brand new iPad, which wasn’t resolved. I would not recommend going to this location for any issues on your Apple products, literally a bunch of kids at the “Genius Bar”. Place is a joke.

I had the absolutely rudest experience I’ve have ever had with an associate. Her name is Kiara Smith. I spoke to Apple corporate for over two hours over the phone and they assured me that if apple capable of resetting the device to it’d originalFactory settings, they would issue me a physical replace for free on the exact day. She lied and was verbally abusive and fold me to not make demands to apple workers and was outright nasty. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and have never encountered anyone of this caliber.I actually called apple corporate back and they suggested I go to the Verizon store or Best Buy and that is literally comical on every level. Never ever go to the Apple Store on King Street.

Brought my wife here to get her an anniversary present. She's the Apple person of the family and I'm impressed when I come into these stores. She was immediately assisted with what she wanted and got the products she wanted up and working with ease. BTW, this location is in the middle of downtown so you may have to paark a few streets away and walk here if you're not familiar with the area.Sorry for the lack of pictures in this review, It was pretty full and I try not to take pictures where there's too many people blocking the products but I could've at least got the entrance.lol I'll do better next time.
