Really fun thrift store and we’ve spent a lot of money at this thrift store. However, there are incredibly rude employees almost every single time I go in, especially to my kids. Do not recommend.

Wide selection of items from knick knacks to decor, clothing, jewelry, and furniture for amazing, low prices. Hardworking, kind, and helpful staff that always greets me when I visit. Overall, lovely store although Re-Tail has limited parking spots.

Went in on Tuesday to shop. Marcus, the clerk, was waiting on me and was adding and boxing up my purchase. Lori the manager walked up and got involved looking threw the box saying the total was not correct and acting like Marcus and I was doing something wrong. She began unpacking and re adding the items twice as if we were doing something wrong. The amounts came out the same as Marcus added them up to be. $42.00. Then she started questioning the price on the items as if we priced them. Other customers as well as my partner were staring as it was rude and unprofessional actions the manager took without any explanation or apology. I guess she does not want my business. So sad as I own a business in Charleston and know right from wrong when it comes to customer service.

Shop and donate here for a great cause. Such cool items for sale which benefits animals. Clean store and nice Staff. I love seeing so many people donating and shopping at this store.

Since there were so many good reviews I had the Re-Tail Resale on my list of must sees. We were greeted when we entered to a store packed of things to sort through. I am crutches from recent surgery and it was very difficult to move throughout the store because of the abundance of products. There is anything from jewelry, kitchen items, frames and art, small amount of clothing and more. Many were not in a condition that I would purchase but certainly could be a treasure for another. I did feel that because of the condition of most things they were overpriced. I probably would not return to hunt for treasure here, but you need to check it out for your own because it might be exactly what you are looking for.

The parking is terrible, and wished I knew that before trying to shop here. It led to another customer was holding up the entire lot waiting for a spot that I was unaware of. Okay selection inside, nothing excellent - just okay. Staff doesn’t greet you and doesn’t seem to care about anything.

Decent selection but the parking is terrible. At least half of the time I have attempted to shop here, there is no available parking.

Extremely sweet people running store. Prices are unbeatable. You can find all sorts of things from dog clothing to women's jewelry including Electronics prices are amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Such great finds at fair prices! Different colored stickers are additional discounts and they change them often! I decorated my enitre apartment with artwork from here!
