Anchor Automotive is truly the best car shop!! I recently had my alternator replaced, and Phillip (+ team) went above and beyond in their service. They are the only trustworthy, reliable, and honest car shop I have experienced in the area, and I won't take my car anywhere else! The whole staff is so friendly as well! I am so thankful for this shop and team!

Easily the best, most honest automotive shop in Charleston. They're affordable, communicate exactly what's going on, and timely. Some things to note: they're not open on weekends, and since it's a small family shop with a lot of business, you can't expect a 5 hr turn around every time on your vehicle like you could expect at a larger shop with 10-20 employees. After 6 years I would still never take my/my family's vehicles anywhere else!

I brought my Honda Civic in for service as a first time customer. I had an appointment and they were expecting me. They kept me informed throughout the day with what they found and I showed up just before closing and the owner was waiting by my car with my keys and shared details on what they found. I had a great experience with Anchor Automotive. Finding an experienced and honest mechanic can be stressful. They provided me a date and quote to bring in my car for repair. It was fixed by the end of the day and they charged me exactly what they quoted. Highly recommend!
