Samara Alexander is an amazing Insurance Agent! Absolutely terrible service. Try everything to get out of paint claims, do not communicate with customers, the people working at this office so not know what they're doing.

Samara Alexander is a wonderful person who is professional and responds promptly. Earlier I was helped by Linda Garcia on several issues. Linda is also a true professional and a pleasant person to deal with just like Samara is. She gives complete information and responds promptly. She can suggest ways to take care of the business in an efficient way. She gives enough time so you don't feel rushed through. I am really happy with the agency because of the people who work there. I was equally happy with the service I received in the past from Melody.
