THE worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I spoke to a woman at this store 5 times over the course of two weeks with my inquiry, and sent 3 emails, and never received a call or email back despite being told multiple times I would receive a call back by end of day. The last time I called, the male buyer answered and claimed I was lying, that they would never have such poor customer service, and was insanely rude in finally answering my questions. There are plenty of antique shops selling Swedish antiques that can not only meet, but also exceed the standards of professionalism and customer service expected when purchasing antiques.This is not one of them --
