I've had nothing but excellent interaction with the team. Recently I had to switch insurance to a new SUV I boughtand the website couldn't help me, so I called in. GiGi was on it and helped me with everything! She was informative, kind and very witty! What an absolute pleasure, thanks for all the help!!!

Charles and is team is quick on responding and taking care of my emails and all requests, they were polite and patient to explain about my claims and was also able to stand up for me vs. the at fault person’s claim adjuster. 5/5 ??

I gave 5 stars because of the quick and excellent customer service from Chris.He had a quote in less than 5 minutes for $90 less than what I pay!! (I won't say any names, well, let's just say my prior insurance price just kept progressing. Now I know how they came up with their name!) Just think of all the money I could have been saving had I done this sooner!!! For the exact same coverage, but with more benefits!! Great customer service! Thank you State Farm and thanks again Chris!
