Remarkable apartment complex & staff ! Love the security features this apartment complex has to offer. Love the convenience of the elevator access to floors 2 and beyond. Beautiful, spacious floorplans and maintenance request are done with urgency. ❤️

Justina the manager took 3 weeks to reply to me about a job after i was strung along and given false time frames. I had a physical in person interview, a 38 minute phone interview, i did a personality test after that, and they couldnt even give me a courtesy call or even an email that i didnt receive the job. I gave you plenty of my time, it isnt not hard to give me a brief moment of your tine! Granted its not the end of the world but this is the ONLY company out of about 20 i applied to in the Charleston area that didnt do any follow ups, and the only company that actually wasted my time. I do not appreciate the BS you told me and never followed thru with. If this is the hiring process i can only imagine how you deal with on sitr issues. Probably a pretty bad PM with no time management skills and a lack of communication skills...cleary.

My experience of living at Abberly has been pleasant over the past three years. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I have noticed that they make an effort to personalize interactions by remembering tenants names, keeping up to date with concerns, and quickly resolving issues. Maintenance consistently completes work orders within 24 hours, while most of my requests have been completed within an hour or two of submitting the request. This is a clean and quiet place to live and the staff cares.

I am a new resident to SC and living at the Abberley @ West Ashley has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and wonderful, they make it a point to remember your name, the property is well maintained with good and prompt service when needed. I love that they have frequent social events and activities for residents to enjoy and meet. I am so glad I chose this place to live.

I just moved here and I love that it is close to everything! Staff in the office and maintainence is so helpful. Apartments themselves are beautiful. Great price and amazing apartment complex. Good amenities and a great community.

Building gates are left open by tenants allowing strangers to enter the building. Ridiculous fees are added to your bill for miscellaneous work, and AC unit broke often. Living conditions were okay, but for it to be considered luxury apartment, I would have to disagree.

I really like to live here! They are really organized and they fix any problem really fast. All the common areas are clean all time, also the halls and stairs.
