Car was taken care of. Rob was very kind and explained everything to me. :) let me bring my dog inside because of the weather.Update: I came back in a week later for more maintenance and accidentally cut my thumb open. I asked for a paper towel to drive home with, but they brought out a whole first aid kit, helped me, and gave me a candy. Whole team is so kind. :)

After purchasing a vehicle a week later while unlocking the vehicle the lights flicker. It’s noticeable at night.The light around the headlight on the passenger side has completely gone out. Enterprise Sales Manager John said, AAA in West Ashley certified it, and deemed it safe to drive. Paying over $20,000 for a vehicle and lights not right is unacceptable… Be careful when purchasing from them, they refuse to replace what needs to be fixed.

Place is way too busy, slow, understaffed, and expensive. Took 1 1/5 days to get the right tires. Took too long to put them on. While I was waiting I checked Costco. $459 there for exact same tires and I am paying over $700 here(assumed my AAA would be a plus….WRONG. Long time AAA member, never coming back here. Employees are all pacing themselves for quitting time.Service: Tires

I just wanted to take a few minutes of my time after visiting to get an international driver's license but the woman that helped me process my paperwork was exceptionally friendly and informative. I just think that's such a refreshing experience to meet someone that genuinely seems to be interested in their job and she had very good customer service overall. I didn't have the time to look for her boss to tell them what a great job she did but I wanted to make sure that information got back to AAA. keep up the great work.

This is the second time I've taken my car to this AAA. I have to say that the staff is always super nice and friendly. They have also gone above and beyond to fix my license plate holder on the front of my car for nothing. It had been broke for 2 yrs.

The incompetence of AAA in Charleston is baffling. How did they receive this contract? There has to be a quality company more capable of doing their job than this one. Terrible. If I could leave a negative star, I would.
