Witch is an appropriate name for this store. They are nothing but rude. Clothes dropped off with a 3 week pick-up date actually means 6 weeks. Unfriendly. They are unable to communicate if what you requested is not possible. Google won't let me post zero stars.

I have used this place 2 times now. The first time they were extremely rude and condescending. I can normally shake that off and give someone a second chance. My second experience was the exact same thing. Julia seems to be the center of negativity in this place. She is so arrogant and bitter. As soon as you walk through the door the negativity is palpable.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
I truly don’t understand how a place like this stays in business.

Really did a poor job on my dress. My dress had pockets they completely removed them. The pockets were a very important part of the dress ?and the purpose of the dress.
I will not use them again.

JUST DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could put ZERO because the people that run this place are absolutely AWFUL. My stepdaughter actually left in tears & she is a very sweet & reasonable person. They didn't ask her if she gained weight, which she did not,...they flat out accused her of it, then made unpleasant faces that she could see in the mirror when trying to fit her. They were rude, insulting and did what they could to humiliate her. This is a blight on her wedding week that she now can't just shake off. Just take your business, & your hard earned money somewhere so you can be treated like a human being. THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR THAT.

Where can I even begin? Roberta saved my wedding day (in more ways than one). After dealing with a horrible dress situation (my custom gown that was made to order arrived as a different dress -- that Roberta expressed little confidence in making it perfect but she was willing to try and at that point I had no one!) by no fault of her own the dress just wasn't going to work out. I ended up finding a wedding dress the week before my wedding and she was able to make these seamless alterations over night. I highly recommend Roberta. Her knowledge, spunk and work ethic are impeccable.

Roberta and her ladies saved the day, more than once. She did my alterations for my wedding gown and it turned out perfect. I then trusted her with my reception dress and even though I had to have a few alterations, she was patient and she got it done for me in a few days so I would have it in time for my wedding. 10/10! They will be my alteration's place for life.

I went in the woman were so kind to me the first time. Charged me $600 to pay for my wedding dress alterations. Although not all the work was completed due to my own reasonings. I had to pay before they could even start altering my dress. I went back for my first fitting and they were completely rude telling me the dress wasn’t done & the bustle still needed to put in. Extremely rude. Then asked if I could pick my dress up the day before my Friday night wedding. I called multiple times to get it finished sooner. Mind you I brought this dress in 3 months prior. Went to pick dress up with my my mother a week before wedding. Extremely bossy, rude, just irritated by anything you say. I would never go here for any alterations especially a dress. Rude and unprofessional.Service: Hem repairs

I had the worst experience doing business at this place. I should’ve left when she continued to be rude to me during the measurement for my alteration but didn’t. She was screaming at her daughter in front of me, because she suggested I could pick up on a day that wasn’t okay with her, so very unprofessional. I was scheduled to pick up on 09/31/23 and when I arrived the business was closed, no notice nothing. I had to walk around to talk with people at the different businesses to try to get in touch with her. I finally found someone that had her contact info, they reached out she did not pick up so they gave me the number. I called numerous times, left voicemails, message their fb page and nothing. Eventually the lady that attempted to Contact them reached back out to me and said they dropped my dress off to her. Still no one contacted me, I had to try on the dress in the filing room of the business they left my dress with and it was not altered properly. This was the worst experience ever to say I paid over $100 for alteration on a dress that didn’t cost that much. I give this business 0/10, do not recommend.Services: Alterations

Amazing work! I have Brontë ladies some finally some finely sewn clothing. After alterations-you cannot tell it is not original! i only bring my things here. They are busy, can't sew if they are chatting at the front desk. always nice to me!

Really disappointing experience. The women were rude and condescending, had inaccurate times posted on their website and door that led to me coming to pick up a dress and no one being there despite the door sign saying they should still be open, and did not fix a broken clasp that was part of what we had discussed and on the receipt as being fixed. I would not return and would not recommend.

Customer service over the phone was terrible. The seamstress was very rude to me. I have taken my business elsewhere and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I cannot speak more highly of these ladies! They must be true witches because I didn't think anything short of actual magic would make my wedding dress fit right but these ladies went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier! Please check them out!
