Update
The owner wanted to have the chance to make things right and refunded my mother and went out again to inspect the issue. In their expert opinion, nothing is wrong with the oven. I still believe there should never be a strong gas smell coming from an appliance so I’m not thrilled with this answer, but I appreciate their communication and attempt to make it right.
I’m out of state and had them visit my home in CHS, that my mother just moved in to, to fix a STRONG gas smell when the oven is on. Their “expert” opinion…”it’s a small kitchen and there’s a microwave above the oven, so it will smell”. What?! There should never be a strong gas smell in a properly working appliance. Period. In every home I’ve ever had there is a microwave above the oven and no direct ventilation outside and I’ve never smelled gas.
They called me for payment while my Mom was telling me about the service visit. I called them back to tell them I’m not satisfied with their assessment and the receptionist said she’ll have the tech call me. I did not receive a call from the tech. I was later told he had a family emergency. So, While I’m on the phone with the one receptionist, another one calls my mother and tells her that she is supposed to pay. Now why would they call me for payment and then go back to her??! While I’m still in the phone with them no less! My Mom pays the service call fee and I have no resolution. They didn’t fix anything and I feel they took advantage of my mother.

I have used 911 Appliance Repair for several years and their staff is friendly and the technicians are experts in their field. Always so knowledgeable of the problem; whether it has been my refrigerator or dishwasher. The customer service is top notch and I appreciate the technician always being on time or early. I just wish I could take them to the store with me so they could tell me the best appliance to buy so I didn’t need to see them so often.

Needed a repair on my LG kitchen Suite dual fuel range that was out of warranty. I was given the number of 911 service by LG as an authorized, LG service center.
I called 911, gave them the model number and was told they could not find that model number so they couldn’t order the part. It’s not like it’s a discontinued model. The range I have is still for sale. She told me they would need to research. For two weeks I waited for them to call. In the meantime, I contacted LG directly, told the rep on the phone what was what was going on (or not going on) with 911 service and LG decided to send a factory technician to my home to repair my range top for free. Thank God for LG direct! I am very disappointed with 911service. I will probably not call them again.

Service tech Jamie arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. Fortunately he had the required replacement part in his vehicle quoted a reasonable TOTAL price and quickly repaired my washer.
Very nice and knowledgeable pro. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We called 911 Service Today & requested Blair at the recommendation of a neighbor. He exceeded her high praise, I’m calling him the appliance whisperer! He listen to our refrigerator & diagnosed our issue immediately, parts are ordered and then we had lessons on keeping all the rest of my appliances working at their best. He is knowledgeable & kind, going above & beyond, especially love that company reps have served our country’s military & continue to protect us, just in a different way now.

911 Service Today is the best! Had trouble with freezer drain line clog, JoAnn worked with me to schedule best time for tech to come out. She called scheduled day to let me know tech was coming in 10 minutes or so. Jaime, my tech, was the best! Professional, friendly, and knew exactly what needed to be done and even added a drain line heating element so it wouldn’t freeze up anymore. I had pointed out the water line to the door water dispenser was leaking on to my floor. He checked the connection, pushed the two lines into the connector, saying watch it, he would make a note on my invoice. I called a week later talked to JoAnn again about the problem. Another time was scheduled. Again a curtesy call 10 minutes before tech arrival. Jaime came and replaced the connector at no charge. If you ever need an appliance repair make 911 your first call!

I recently had 911 Appliance Repair and Maintenance in Charleston, SC come out for a warranty replacement on my 48" Miele range, microwave, steam oven, and convection combination. The microwave had a major fault, which required a complete dismantling of the appliance. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of their team—all former military, and it shows. They arrived early, were courteous, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. I highly recommend 911 Appliance Repair for anyone needing reliable, high-quality service.

Service technician was excellent. Got us up and running in about 1 hour. Gave helpful advice on extending the life of our dryer and washer. Would definitely recommend!
