Tyra was extremely helpful and friendly both on the phone and when I went in to finalize my loan. All the ladies in the office were extremely friendly and cheerful! It was customer appreciation day so they offered me snacks and a beverage while I was there and I left with a bagful of goodies. Great way to do business and to insure repeat business. :)
