What an amazing experience! I can’t ask for better service than what I got from Wessinger’s! My washer died on me in the middle of a load of clothes last night, so my journey today was to shop for a new washer. My first stop was Wessinger’s. Sally greeted me when I walked in, listened to what type of washer I wanted and produced exactly what I needed! The price was better than the big box stores! Within a matter of minutes, I purchased the washer. Dilbert and I chatted and he said he could have it delivered shortly (I caught them in a brief lull and only live a couple of miles from them). Imagine my surprise when Dilbert pulls up in the truck with one of his workers and within 30 minutes, my new washer was installed and the old one was hauled off! Best customer service EVER! Shop local…you’ll get much better results!

For the best parts sales service, come to the store. They had exactly what I needed, but the receptionist will tell you to go somewhere else.

We recently upgraded our range from a 30" drop-in electric coil range to a 30" slide-in induction range. After careful research we had decided on a Bosch for its reliability and design. Of the appliance stores that carried the Bosch line, only Wessinger's met our need in every way. They could get the range in quickly, deliver it without installing it so we could get the granite countertop trimmed as needed, do the necessary conversion from hardwired to plug in, and then come back again to install it. Everything went smoothly without any unnecessary delay.

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have been buying from them for years and my washer broke this morning at 11am. I got to the store a little after 12pm. Sally was funny and helpful, she worked with me and the price. Before 2pm the guys had removed my old one, hooked up the new one, walked me through how to use, did a demo and we are back up and running!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Brad

I own several rentals and recently needed a stackable W/D with specific measurements. Over the phone the staff was able to suggest a solution, order and take payment! It was delivered 5 days later, on time and full removal of the old appliance! So thankful to be able to shop local and be so impressed!

Mr. Wessinger has always been friendly but when I have needed service; and I have bought many appliance from him over the years, I am advised that they do not have a service person at this time. My son has had to order parts and fix appliances for me. Thank Goodness I have a son who is smart!I am told that everything is computerized now so new boards have to be put in which are expensive.I liked the older appliances much better …much more reliable!!

Really pleased to get my new Bosch dishwasher from them! Sally took the time to make sure one was available and set things up for installation. I'm loving the performance, so far we've loaded dried on food (not debris) and had it come out clean! The repair guy from Sloan told us to get a Bosch as our hot water heater is a distance from the kitchen. His advice was spot on, and our Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job. Good service from both companies, and the Jeffers-Magill sales person who clued me into calling around to find one and buy it immediately since they sell in hours once a store gets a delivery.

We purchased a GE Cafe gas range a year ago. Of course with two sheets of Xmas cookies to go in the oven I open the door and it’s still cold inside ?. I called and was assured that they would be able to get to me but not until Thurs or Fri. With a house full of company due my anxiety went into overdrive. Two hours later they called and told me they could come that same afternoon. I was ecstatic to say the least. The repair man was courteous and was able to fix the problem with a part he had in the van. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Will definitely be purchasing all future appliances from them and with today’s life expectancy of appliances I’m glad we purchased the extended warranty.
