Poor policies. Unable to purchase cashier's check with cash unless an account holder at Wells Fargo even though they were more than willing to let me withdraw same said cash from their bank. I am a mortgage and credit card holder through Wells Fargo and this policy seems silly.

This bank treated me like a premiere customer. Absolutely fabulous customer service, went above & beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!

I am a disabled veteran and a Wells Fargo Premier customer. I sometimes will park in the parking area for the bank while having breakfast with the other area veterans. It is a terrible shame that we are asked to never park in that area by the bank. Seems funny that they never know who may be on their property. We only use that area if needed. I have it on good authority that occasionally a police officer or fire person may also use it. I dont think it is smart to have a go at the very people that made your jobs possible.

The angry female working the drive thru in Chapin, SC on the morning of Thursday April 6th, 2023, may want to consider a career outside of customer service. Employees with her negative, nasty attitude are precisely why I refuse to bank with Wells Fargo. I’ve never been treated by Truist employees in the manner I was treated by Wells Fargo employees this morning. All due to my wanting to cash a check that was drawn on this institution, not having an account with them (for obvious reasons), and showing my SCDL to prove my identity. Treating your customers like they’re incompetent must be the Wells Fargo way. I’ll deposit the check in my TRUIST account and be done with it.

I tried calling with questions about opening an account for myself and my teenage son. Phone rings and rings and constantly throws you back to the main menu. No one answers. So I go to the bank with my son to open an account over an hour before closing. They tell me that both reps are unable to help me because they have a 4 o'clock appointment scheduled. It is now 4 and neither of these “appointments” are there. But I am. Refuse to open an account for me. I offered to wait until after they attend to these appointments but was told no. I never heard of a bank turning down business. If they would have answered the phone the numerous times I tried calling, i would have been notified that I needed an appointment. Terrible customer service and, in my opinion, lazy! I am sure they just didn’t want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. Unreal!

Don't join this lame bank they would cash my checks till Tuesday! This is not the first time so I'm going to join a credit union instead of staying with this lame bank! If Walmart can cash them why do they get away with holding my money i guess they like to still from you!DON'T JOIN!

Well waiting to deposit a check and cash another for a client. Twenty minutes in and the engine is off. Five people in line now and I was 3rd. Hey I am finally at the window. Five bucks says I will be the last to leave. At least the teller was polite

The employees of this branch have been kind and helpful to our family with our banking needs over the years. I'm especially grateful to them for the compassion they've shown to those in our family who are older and may need more guidance understanding online banking.

Terrible bank. They currently are holding $2500 of money that they admit is owed to me. Avoid using their prepaid card service. Lawsuit pending.

WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!! SNEAKY, SNAKEY, AND MONEY HUNGRY!! FELT FREE TO REOPEN MY WIVES ACCOUNT AND RUN HER CREDIT WITHOUT PERMISSION TO DO SO!! WENT IN TO PAY ON HER ACCOUNT AND CAME OUT STABBED IN THE BACK. WELLS FARGO SUCKS!!
