“We unfortunately had to put our sweet girl down, she was 16. We had a mix up with our appointment but the staff was still able to accommodate us. Everyone was so nice and so thoughtful. We were able to be with and hold her as she passed. It was an awful moment that was made so much more bearable with such an amazing staff”
