Mail is constantly lost and delivered to wrong address. Employees in office are annoyed when I ask for a receipt to ensure my packages are scanned in properly. Recommend driving to the White Rock office ! Worth the extra few mins in the car.

This post office seems like all the rest. The people simply do not care about their work. They do the bare minimum and are almost alway rude. Let FedEx or UPS run the post office

About a week or so I sent an Xbox to Microsoft to receive money in return. Someone from that office switched out my Xbox for another one that didn’t match what I described. That is not right. Staff is extremely unpleasant, act like they hate working there, and don’t want to be there. They act like you are annoying them by coming in to get help with something. Worst postal experience, go to white rock.

Just overall a rude, unfriendly group of people that work there. They remain that way until they hand you your receipt and ask you to fill out the survey and say "have a great day!"

Another waste of our Govt money. Some how a package destination to me got routed to a completely different post office 2 1/2 hrs away in the wrong direction. Any attempt to contact this office has the number just ring and ring and ring.....

I have had two packages delivered to the wrong address in less than a week and cannot get anything accomplished through this post office to help get another shipment, recover the packages, or get a refund. I've been told to go online a file a claim, which is about as useful as a car with no fuel, I'm getting nowhere.

IWe just moved to Chapin a few weeks ago and all I can say about the post office service is WOW! Although the workers are very nice the post office, when it comes to delivering the mail and packages, they are the worst! We live in a community and everyone is constantly getting the wrong packages. They lost one of my packages. I was told that it the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address, so I had to file a claim. I was scheduled to get an Amazon package on a Saturday. It was out for delivery and then the status changed to " customer requested office hold it". I assumed they just didn't want to deliver it on a Saturday...ugh so frustrating!!!!

Just got a package today. It was marked as delivered on July 15th. Today is August 23rd. The list of problems we encounter dealing with this place is longer than my arm. Just look at the reviews. 1.5 stars is the worst rating of pretty much anywhere I’ve ever seen. This post office is such a lying joke it’s not even funny. Whoever is running this place should have been fired a long long long time ago. That’s the federal government for you though. The guy at the top doesn’t even know where he’s at most of the time so why should we expect any better from a federal agency or the folks overseeing it?
