3 packages in the last 4 months I've sent out have never been received by the recipients. Two of the 3 never got scanned in after they were dropped off and somehow ceased to exist. The one star doesn't even take into account deliveries to my home. I've had packages out for delivery, then magically end up BACK at the post office, no mail was ever delivered those days, they just decided to not deliver ANY mail those days. I know this because I have a camera that points down the road towards the mailboxes. When I first got here the service was fantastic, not sure what happened but about 4 months ago it all went downhill and haven't had a good experience since.

I just witnessed the front desk agent, being incredibly rude to an elderly woman who by all the accounts - This woman did everything that she’s supposed to do as a customer, but yet she was disrespected and disregarded by the front desk person.
As sad as I am to say this, I’ve been treated the same way and I’ve seen multiple customers treated this way.
I’m not exactly sure what it is about this specific post office location, but I’ve never seen such unhappy workers who are consistently disrespectful to the customers. They just don’t seem to care.

Our post office gets a lot of complaints online and social media. I’ve never had any issues with them personally or business related.

Ridiculous, went inside at 11:23 this Sat am, and the windows were already shuttered..both web site and front doors say open to 11:30..

Here waiting now and 3 employees just walked by me with no eye contact. It isn’t 430 which is the posted close time. Yet, no one asked to help and there are about 3 customers in line..... Weird

If a zero rating were an option, I would use it. They are the laziest and rudest people who work there. They will believe other post masters before they listen to you. My mail goes through this location before going to the Little Mountain post office. This post office is refusing to give us our mail or packages. They lied to my parents, saying that our address is under investigation when it is them and the one in Little Mountain that is under investigation. My mother has recorded every encounter.

Mail is consistently delivered incorrectly. On a weekly basis I receive someone else’s mail and/or packages. I understand the occasional misread of an address but this is getting out of hand. Today I received mail for 6 different addresses other than my own. At this point I should be getting a paycheck from USPS for having to deliver the mail to its rightful owner.

Mail is constantly lost and delivered to wrong address. Employees in office are annoyed when I ask for a receipt to ensure my packages are scanned in properly. Recommend driving to the White Rock office ! Worth the extra few mins in the car.
