Twice I have been to this store. On a Saturday at 9:00 AM I waited over 45 minutes and no one showed up to open (at least 12 people left). Today May 11, 2025 it was closed at 3:48 pm not 4:00. Three other customers left.

Delivered our couch broken and trampled on, literally had boot marks on the boxes. When a guy came to pick it up he only picked up the ottoman and had the WORST attitude from the start, wouldn’t let me talk, wouldn’t explain anything and was just all around awful. WORST experience by far. I called this store to get a number to call to file a complaint and the manager gave me a number to a medical facility selling pace makers?? I found the right number on google. Customer service was just as bad and kept asking what I want them to do about it. Maybe have someone come pick up the other two pieces of the couch off my porch? Maybe find a way to deliver packages that aren’t torn up and broken? Amazon and usps have no issue delivering packages intact. So I don’t see why ups always has this issue.

I had to ship a lot of small and a few large items after my mother passed away. Unfortunately, I had to go on a Monday morning, which is apparently one of their busiest days. Meka Powe was so helpful and patient and took her time checking in with her bosses to make sure they could ship all the items. She was the only one in the store for over two hours and handled everybody coming in one after the other as best she could. This woman is a rockstar! Thank you for all your help and for making my drop off as smooth as possible.

Thought I shipped a package from this store on 10/8/24.
Package never arrived at the recipients residence as of 10/18.
Tracked it. It never left the UPS store. Called the store and after researching the matter, they told me it was lost. Since I didn't take out insurance, I'm out of luck.
Can no one do their job anymore?
Never use them again.

Super helpful crew. I came in today with a request that had several challenges, however, Brady and the rest of the team kept a positive attitude and kept working until they came up with a solution. All of this while managing a very busy customer volume and keeping it moving.
