I had an issue with my daughters Chevy Sonic after taking it to another shop that said it was one thing and I sent money to fix it got the same problem 2x the other shop just COULDNT get it right so after fussing they recommended ROYSON’s to me wasn’t sure if I wanted to except their recommendation but I did and boy was I glad they went above and beyond to fix her car and it’s been rolling ever since… I took my Yukon to them they diagnosed and fixed what I asked them to fix so then I took my BMW to them they diagnosed unfortunately they don’t work on major issues with import cars but y’all the honesty you get from them the straight up prices the conversation with Amber yall this woman even drove me home (Irmo) when I had to leave my daughters car there for repairs. Man, LISTEN if you want responsibility respectable reliable reasonable genuine folks to work on your vehicles ROYSON’s in Chapin is and will always be my go to!!!! 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
