Process was simple enough the girls I dealt with were nice enough my only issue is the unit they rented me had clear evidence that a portion of it floods when there is a heavy rain, called and they said some one would come by and take a look got tired of waiting for someone to show up and loaded it in a way that my belongings would not get wet. When they finally showed up took some pictures and said they would call management have yet to hear from anyone!
Moving from out of state and needed to return the U-Haul truck, that’s why I went ahead and put my belongings in there.
When I get back with my second load I will be looking for another storage facility to rent so I don’t have to worry about my belongings

My wife and I have storage units with Storage Rental of America. We are very happy with the professional attitude of Chrissy and the staff is very willing to help us with any questions and/or we may have.

Serenity hands down is the best. All the people were nice but customer service leaves much to be desired. Except Serenity! She was off work the last 3 days when I was having issues and after trying to get ahold of the property manager numerous times and leaving multiple messages-Serenity comes back to work today and calls to make sure my issues were handled and explained why we were having them. Why out of the other 5 people I spoke to and the lady I saw in person couldn’t be half as good as this girls I don’t even know! If I ever start a company I will have her managing my staff!

Had to find a storage unit for a pending military assignment overseas. Patti is the property manager and was very accommodating throughout the entire in-processing portion. The customer service is immaculate and professional, and I am looking forward to utilizing their services. They are also very military friendly for anyone in the service.

The monthly fees are already steep & then you have to pay a separate “insurance” fee in addition to that & (4) mths later I received a notice that my unit was going up another $25 per month. That’s easy for them to do after someone has already packed their entire home into the unit.

Store my RV here, since SROA bought the facility the monthly rent has gone up more than 50% in one year. Used to be great. I will be looking for somewhere else to store my RV.
