Side Track with my observation looked like a well groomed maintenance salon. But I think they should have a chair open 24 7 for walk ins. I believe they are losing business placing too much emphasis upon being proper and professional. Afterall. a simple ten minute hair cut is just that. Shouldn't have to set aside for an apmt days away for a simple 10 minute hair cut

I had recently moved to Columbia area, and was in desperate need for a new Hairstylist! I didn't want to commute back to Charlotte to get my hair done. I came across Robin through Social Media and from the first time I talked with her, I KNEW that I had found my match!! She listened to my long history of hair disasters, disappointments, and my loves, she was able to get me in very quickly. At any first appointment with her she was AMAZING, she paid attention to what I was wanting, and what my hair goals were! Robin is extremely Knowledgeable, has been in the industry for a very long time, she was completely honest with me, and gave her advice and opinions. I felt completely comfortable with my hair in her hands! She uses the best of products, and her work is right on point! I haven't been happier with anyone else I've tried. Not to mention that her prices are extremely fair, you don't feel like you were robbed when you get told the final cost, but you still get what you pay for... Skilled Stylist,Great Product, and a beautiful look!! I would recommend ANYONE WHO OBSESSES OVER THEIR HAIR LIKE I DO to this Salon, and especially to Ms. Robin!! ?

I have been going to Side Tracks for about 17 years now for blond highlights. I see Teresa, the owner, every 5 weeks. Teresa, Jennifer and Gwen are all fabulous! Great atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

Let me tell y’all about my girl MORGAN! She is hands down the B E S T stylist I have ever had. I will never go to anyone else as long as we live in this area! She has restored my beautiful hair. Her prices are more than fair and you definitely get your money’s worth. She is not just my stylist, but now a true friend. My husband and I both go to her now, she is the only person who knows how to properly cut his hair. WE LOVE YOU MORGAN!!!
