Man, LISTEN!!!
These folks RIGHT HERE @ ROYSON in Chapin SC is and will always be the TRUTH!!! I had an issue with my daughters Chevy Sonic after taking it to another shop that said it was one thing and I sent money to fix it got the same problem 2x the other shop just COULDNT get it right so after fussing they recommended ROYSON’s to me wasn’t sure if I wanted to except their recommendation but I did and boy was I glad they went above and beyond to fix her car and it’s been rolling ever since… I took my Yukon to them they diagnosed and fixed what I asked them to fix so then I took my BMW to them they diagnosed unfortunately they don’t work on major issues with import cars but y’all the honesty you get from them the straight up prices the conversation with Amber yall this woman even drove me home (Irmo) when I had to leave my daughters car there for repairs. Man, LISTEN if you want responsibility respectable reliable reasonable genuine folks to work on your vehicles ROYSON’s in Chapin is and will always be my go to!!!! 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

These guys are the best! They worked on an older truck of ours and got it fixed in short order…a similar issue arose and without hesitation, they got it back in and fixed it at no extra cost to us. The truck runs awesome and a big shout out to Amber, Will and Bobby for being the pros they are and for caring about their customers 100%

Big thank you to Roysons Automotive! I had a tire going flat groceries in the truck. They took my truck right in, helped me out by putting my cold groceries in their own frig while my tire was being serviced. Now that is customer service!

My husband had been referred to this automotive business by our regular place because of a big job that our guys are unable to do. We have heard wonderful things about how honest and hardworking the people are here.
Yesterday we called to schedule to bring our car in, a woman named April answered the phone and was so rude and unprofessional. She is the reason we are going to another business. Very disappointed that April had answered the phone and not someone that could have given us a first great impression of this business.

Got my AC charged as well as ran a diagnostic to check the system. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle came in to explain what was done which helped me to understand what was going on. I highly recommend Royson's and will be using them for any future needs.

This place is the worst they don’t even attempt to do any work! I have taken them to vehicles and they refused to work on either one for no better reason then there people arent Jeep or Hundai specialist! One request was only an oil change and they told me to go to a dealership?! Like how do you stay in business if you don’t even change peoples oil! I also got a battery from them that only lasted less then 3 months and they blamed the dealership lol can someone make this make sense! I don’t recommend anyone waste there time here!

I’ve chosen Royson’s to do work on my car many times. They are always trustworthy, honest, reliable and do not overcharge for labor cost. They saved me close to $250 from what Kia dealer would have charged for a simple part replacement. I would recommend Royson’s to anyone!

Royson’s Chapin Automotive is by far the most trustworthy automotive repair shop you will find. Always top quality service and professional. The only automotive repair shop I will fully trust. Everyone says their mechanic isn't trying to pull one over on them. Royson's goes out of their way to make sure your vehicle is taken care of at a fair price, including taking care of warranties.
