If you want someone to be rude, tell you to "hurry up and get off the phone" because you are calling to verify if they have a product and they tell you "look I got a line of customers I need you to get off my phone". That is just POOR customer service and they need to be fired. I wasn't going to the store, I had to send a family member because I didn't have my car, it was in the shop. If you wish to attract customers because there is a business you are trying to keep and grow, then be nice to customers and the respective customers or you will have no more customers. I personally will not EVER go back to Rainbow Gas Garden and I'm in one of the more popular families in the Chapin area and I will spread the word. Respect has to be earned and thus far, you have disrespected me and my family members. I hope this cashier loses her job due to her epic rudeness and disrespect.

If you are going to have a gas station off an exit of an interstate you need to have restrooms. Or at least put signs, large signs, on your pumps so travelers will not spend their money there and move on to someplace that has restrooms to buy their gas there. I wouldn't even give this place 1star if yelp didn't require me to.

This place has no restroom facilities available and when they do the conditions are nothing short of NASTY! Employees grin and snicker as patrons ask where they are located. Avoid this place and choose any of the others in the area. Spend you hard earned else where would be my advice!

This is a nasty place. Bathrooms not clean no toilet paper no soap no paper towels. Hand dryer does not work well. Stop somewhere else

The cashier was watching Netflix with earbuds in and we walked up to checkout and he rang it up said the price and then rudely sat back down to the other side of the register not offering a receipt or bag or anything terrible rude employee.

Got gas as went to use the restroom. Asked where it was located and the employee grinned and said they closed it for the day. This was at 5pm, prolly just didn't want anyone to use it and being jerks about it
