I brought my mother in a few days ago for a "first time" pedicure, as a surprise. She wasn't happy about it but sat down anyway. Her toenails were thick and long, as happens with age. The pedicurist was very nice and patient and he did a wonderful job. My mother is so happy with how her feet look and feel that she wants me to bring her back once a month! ? Thank you so much!

Friendly staff. Great pedicure with gel and a very meticulously done gel fill in and gel polish on my fingernails. My regular person was out of town so I'm definitely not a regular but they treated me as such. I recommend making an appointment. It was very nice to walk in and be seated immediately.

I have been to other places in Chapin, but this place is by far the best. The owners are very friendly and nice. All the nail techs do a great job on my nails.

I haven’t had my nails done in a little over 2 yrs . I was nervous to get them due to the fact I had a terrible cut right on cuticle, which had started to heal and in the past other places around Chapin, one place in particular always made my cuticles bleed and we’re always rough. Even after being told take it easy. Well I didn’t even get a chance to mention it to Wendy, (the one who did my nails )when she had already seen it, and started being easy and gentle when she got to that finger . I was very pleased and happy with how she did my nails and very fair pricing! will be returning!!

I just moved here so decided to try them out. It wasn't really as clean as im used to. No disposable placemats. His was an old cloth and had nail clippings on them that he flicked off. No cleaning down of his station and putting a new placemat down. You can see they don't wipe equipment down as well. He did an ok job but 2 days later my nail polish is chipping which is unusual for gel. In all the years I've had gel I've never had that happen. The top coat they use must not be strong enough. It didn't seem as thick as im use to. I then decided to get my eyebrows waxed. I realized after I left she took hair off of the thicker part of my eyebrow so there's a small bald spot I have to pencil in. I've never ever had that happen. I also asked her not to wax the top part. She said ok and proceeded to wax the top part. I guess I'm looking for another nail salon.

I had a dip powder and ended up with an infection in my nail bed. Bill had performed my service. I ended up having all polish removed, for which they charged me another $10. Won't be going back to Bill, maybe not going back at all. This has never happened to me before. Now on antibiotics!Service: Dip powder

First time here and it's a very nice salon and the staff is friendly. I got a spa pedicure and acrylic fill on my big toes. The gentleman did an excellent job, took his time and I'm very pleased! I'll be going back.Services: Acrylic nails

Had an appointment at 6pm tonight , called to confirm because I was just about there after driving in from downtown Columbia. The guy who answered said they were close, I let him know I had a 6pm appointment and all he said was ok .. we closed. Why set appointments if you can’t honor the appointment?
