After a different lender had me pay for obsoletely everything I was told I wouldn't have to pay for 2 1/2 weeks from closing they hired an appraiser that has a well knnow bad reputation whom placed the value of them home too low it fell through. Our realitor sugested I contact Total Morgage which I did and they where straight with me about it. Told me what i'd have to pay and as many cost as they could forecast. they did the entire process over christmas and new years. it changed our closing date ( no fault of theirs)by 1 day Absolutely amazing and good people to work with (although at times I am not easy to work with) Thank you Darren, Mark and all the people I didn't personally speak too but did their parts to get this done for me, my wife, and our 2 kids we thank you.

Blessed to work with someone that doesn’t make you feel like you want to drop the ball and forget about property, mortgage and everything else. This was my third Mortgage and Darren made us feel supported throughout the whole stressful process. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate.
