I thought I had called them about repairing a tire for me, but when I arrived I discovered I had called a different tire shop and they were completely booked for today. In true Chapin neighborly style they went out to my car saw the nail and got me back on the road. They truly went far beyond what they had to to help me out.We often hear,”Like a good neighbor”. “9/1/24 update. Tim Swainnis the general manager at Taylor’s and is extremely customer focused on my cars especially the Ioniq hybrid. He’s done a lot of research on the brand of tires that will work best for tread wear and riding comfort. He adjusts the tire pressure to ensure the tires grip the road evenly; thus ensuring a longer tread life. Tim and his staff follow up with me seeking my input of the ride and request I come in for any minor adjustments. Excellent customer focused team.

11/25/23 update. I continue to have Taylor’s service my cars, Ioniq and Miata. Tim and his staff do an excellent job with complete transparency and focus on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Taylor’s for your car service. Five Stars for sure!!!!!

Tim the General Manager is working extremely hard to resolve a tread warranty concern then fit my car with better tires ensuring a safer ride. Tim has ensured me that once I have new tires that he will monitor each service visit to ensure any potential issues are identified before they could become issues. I am sure as the general manager Tim has lots of responsibilities so him personally taking care of me and my care is very much appreciated.

This is an update. Tim is still helping me with an ongoing tire tread issue. He is determined to see this issue to conclusion which is impressive and somewhat rare in todays world. I highly recommend Taylors and their personal caring way of serving customers.

I had my scheduled oil change and all went well. I was in and out within a few minutes of the appointment time.

Another update. Tim’s continues to be determined and dedicated to providing the best service possible for my car and for me. Through the excellent service work done by Alex and others I now have a car that is close to factory performance.

These folks RIGHT HERE @ ROYSON in Chapin SC is and will always be the TRUTH!!! I had an issue with my daughters Chevy Sonic after taking it to another shop that said it was one thing and I sent money to fix it got the same problem 2x the other shop just COULDNT get it right so after fussing they recommended ROYSON’s to me wasn’t sure if I wanted to except their recommendation but I did and boy was I glad they went above and beyond to fix her car and it’s been rolling ever since… I took my Yukon to them they diagnosed and fixed what I asked them to fix so then I took my BMW to them they diagnosed unfortunately they don’t work on major issues with import cars but y’all the honesty you get from them the straight up prices the conversation with Amber yall this woman even drove me home (Irmo) when I had to leave my daughters car there for repairs. Man, LISTEN if you want responsibility respectable reliable reasonable genuine folks to work on your vehicles ROYSON’s in Chapin is and will always be my go to!!!! 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
