I have found this store to be very helpful. The staff have always been friendly and have helped me find the items I need. Not long ago they spent a very long time helping find a color for paint and adjusting it for me after I saw how the shade worked at home. They are great.

Love Boland's! Super helpful staff, great stock, and wonderful assistance when needed. They always carry the stuff I need in a pinch like the hooks to hang things, boat cleaner, decor for outside like the flags - you name it, they have it. And if they don't have it, they order it or help you find a suitable alternative.

Incredible customer service. I went in looking for parts to fix my sprinkler system and without realizing I was looking in the wrong area. An associate approached me and not only walked me over to the right area but took the time to find me exactly what I needed.

Needed a key cut for my truck and this was the only place in town that was open on the weekend that could do that. Staff was very helpful and I think the guy's name was Doug who cut the keys for me. Very nice guy and great pricing. First time ever in this store and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Extremely helpful staff in all departments. They are remarkably well stocked for a smaller sized Hardware Store and they manage to keep their prices fairly comparable to the large box stores. Living in Chapin it is also very convenient to stop by a home town business that is nearby.

Employees should wear face masks and customers required to wear face masks, at a minimum. Providing hand sanitizer and enforcing social distancing should be encouraged.

Employees don't wear face mask and customers are not required to wear a face mask. This is irresponsible to say the least. I usually support local businesses, but they have to be responsible and do right by their employees and customers. Back to Lowe's and Home Depot. Bye Boland's.
