Kaleb is the best!!! He always treats me great, taking the time and patience with me in throughly answering all my questions in a way that I can understand them ! If TCC Verizon has an employee of the year it should be him, hands down !! Truly an excellent experience every time I go in there !!!

Difficulty setting up phones purchased two days ago. Brandon did an excellent job sorting through several thorny issues to achieve resolution. He did so in a friendly manner and was always positive in his approach. I recommend doing business with this store.
