The delivery driver keeps delivering packages to the wrong houses. Luckily me and my neighbors are honest enough to give each other our packages instead of keeping them. We do not work for usps so we should not have to do their job for them. Get it together, please.

I just experienced one of the rudest, unhelpful, poor excuse of customer service. Not only did Anna have a nonchalant attitude with me it was displayed with the elderly customer that was ahead of me. If you are burnt out RETIRE!!
