It was a great experience renting from Rosewood. The management team is top notch! Anthony is very responsive and professional. They took care of all our needs in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommend this apartment community!

Flats are good but location is quite inferior(inside) for students. So takes too time to get bus and also seems risky after 7:30 to walk outside.

The local property staff are very professional and always courteous, and the apartments are a great location. My unit is in one of the older buildings, which is kept in great condition with quick attention to any issues.
