Katie the receptionist is the sweetest and very helpful and she kept me updated and they were very reasonable in their prices and actually quick with the repair. Will be referring and will be back when something is wrong with my vehicle. Thank you !

Jody and his team repaired my Mazda after I had broken some rear suspension parts. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance, and they did the repair, on time, as scheduled. The repair itself was flawless plus they diagnosed a chronic noise problem related to this particular repair and fixed it at the same time. The pricing was competitive and best of all, you'll have peace of mind knowing that their work is completed by a highly skilled and competent team of professionals. Excellent service for refilling Freon into A/C. Took 45 minutes. Reasonable price. They also have a beautiful Dalmation who is happy as can be. I would recommend them.

I didn't actually use this place. I called them and they didn't answer so that's what they get three stars. They may have gotten more but I couldn't reach them when I needed them so they're useless to me.

Incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and accommodateing! Had multiple issues in my van and they were able to not only get me in that week (right before Christmas), but also tracked down really hard to find parts! Love these guys! Won't be going anywhere else!Services: Brake service & repair

I took my truck to Jody's almost a year ago. The issue I had repaired was not corrected. I was told there that Fords make noises as they get older. I finally decided there was something wrong. Took my truck to 3 different mechanics that told me the same thing. The parts I paid for to be replaced, were still the factory Ford parts. They were not replaced at all. But I paid for it, dearly. They've done repairs on a few of my vehicles and I will continue use them in the future. They're very friendly, they listen, they explain things very well without any of the arrogant condensation you get from most mechanics and their prices are reasonable. Jody's automotive has the most professional staff. The office worker is a very sweet person. Jody came out and helped me when I was in a bind needing my car towed. He worked on it and now the car can drive perfectly and smoothly. It needed a major part (master cylinder). Job well done!

I've went to jodys for over 3 years now and the service used to be great. I've referred friends and neighbors there for different issues but in the past year their quality has gone down hill.Most recently I had a a wheel barring and spindle replaced and it went out again so they replaced it under the warranty but then it went out again. They say now after I picked up my car today, "no more warranties" I'm sorry but I paid for quality work and parts so How can this be? How can this even be ok?. Believe me, I don't want to keep dropping my car off there for multiple days at a time to have the same bad part replaced just as much as they dont want to keep having to replace it . If these are the parts u order and stand by then they should be good enough to last and not need to be replaced repeatedly every couple of months there for having to be covered under the warranty on each replacement or simply return my money that I was charged for the shotty parts.I can't trust them any more and won't refer any one else to either.

Katie was very polite and empathetic to my situation. I was able to pay for the tow over the phone and it was brought directly to my front door the next morning. Would highly recommend!Update on 02/08/21: I used Jody's Automotive and Towing again and have to take a moment to brag on Jody. I blew a tire going down the road yesterday morning (Sunday) and he was more than willing to help me out. He towed my car to my driveway and even assisted me with swapping it out for the spare. You can't ask for better customer service!

Gary went above and beyond to heck and make sure we were okay before he arrived. Make good time getting there even with construction on the road. Then when he got there he did a diagnostic to find out what was wrong! We won’t call anyone else from now on for our towing services!
