Very upset I went into the store because my son is having issues with his phone charging. The lady in the store was very uninterested in what I had to say and didn’t provide any help or even look at the phone.she basically was like ok I don’t know what to tell you. This is exactly why I only go to the Seneca store they are friendly and more inviting and actually will try to help.

Went there to reactivate service. Web site, google, and cricket operator told me the store should be open. It was not.I made a formal complaint with Cricket. Very unhappy. If there are staffing issues, at the very least a sign needs to be put on the front door and a phone recording needs to tell us this.

Makayla is amazing.I was about to have surgery she help me fix my phone. She is a people person.Very kind and Respectful.You need more wonderful people like Ms.Makayla.With her Beautiful smile....I travel from work just to see Ms.Makayla to help with my cricket service.I been with Cricket for four years!! I will never go to another store..!!! Thank u for Everything!!!!

Aeriel was very patient and helpful today when I needed to get device history for a lost phone.
Suggestion: When customer service agents are in the store alone they should be able to use both point-of-sale terminals, so a long running troubleshooting session doesn't block other short transactions.

Went to this store to get new phone I asked them if they could transfer my music contacts and photos they said yes . The first two employees was extremely nice.but they had trouble transferring the contents the third lady came out and they ejected my sd card but they did not turn my phone off.a message on my phone said all the data was lost because the card was ejected wrong.I told the lady I just wanted my money back she said you can't get it all .this was in a span of 10 minutes I lost everything on sd card and still did not have contacts moved! The third lady we don't know how to do that!

Amazing customer service in at Central cricket. I switched to cricket to get better rates and service and that's exactly what I got.
