Tellers are nice, but I inevitably will have to wait much longer than I should any time I make a simple deposit. This branch is clearly understaffed.

How yall managed to get a NEW atm and that one don't have tap (ncr) either... VERY INCONVENIENT... ONLY BANK I EVER WENT TO AND COULDN'T TAP.

Just so rude. The manager I guess that is who he was. Also to talk at me like I'm stupid when asking a question. Never once did anyone smile or welcome people that came in thr door Saturday Nov.8th is when I was there.
