Would not help me except to tell me what size blade I needed when Asked a question she ignored me.So I left and went to another store.
There my questions were answered and blades
Installed.What happened at this store.New manager?I Will buy batteries ext.elsewhere!.

My wife went to this location last week and they tested her battery. They said it was bad and sold her a new one AFTER told her they couldn't install it because it had to be professionally installed. Their website says "let our professionals install your battery"....so not sure why they couldn't do it.They jumped her old battery and her headlights barely came on and they let her drive away Iike that...her vehicle shut down on way home.I went to Walmart bought a better battery with longer guarantee for less money and they said they had no idea why O'Reilly wouldn't install it.I brought the battery home and installed it myself...it was SO easy and easy to get to.This location had bad customer service and put my wife at risk because of their laziness.I emailed customer support last week and have yet to hear back from someone about this issue.It is clear they care nothing about their customers

I walked away from a rival auto parts store down the street who didn't want to be bothered, and told me so. I walked into Oreillys and they greeted me with a smile and even printed out the error engine codes from my car so I could show them to my mechanic. Great job Charlene! You just gained a repeat customer!

I had been searching for a tube bender for a steel line. At this time I believe I was at my 4th purchase of Dorman Replacement Steel Line. Finally, a very kind and knowledgeable man. Began talking to me about benders and he just bent for me. My sister and I choked back tears. We had been to different places willing to pay some one to just take 5min tops to bend and this Mgr. provided a service that was more kind. Thank you Scott

Hi MY NAME IS Vontrezze Mack I work at STS auto sales & repairs and my boss need me to pick up something from the store like as soon as I walked in the customer service from every worker in this store over the top 10 out of 10 and Mr Chad one of the coolest laid back managers/parts person what ever he is 10 out of 10 the store was super clean the outside of the store was super clean everything including returns was organized look like in alphabetical order why y’all when I tell y’all that this store I didn’t see no dust nowhere no oil nowhere I didn’t see dirt on the floor. I didn’t see nothing. Wow this whole store get a 10 out of 10. I wish the scale was more forget it 110 out of 110 Chad I pray one day you’ll be the District Manager. Your professionalism and your customer service is something that the world needs. And your crew 110 out of 110 good down-home, southern hospitality. Way to go you guys.
