I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“I was traveling from NC to Atlanta and I noticed my battery light came on. I stopped at a Walmart and then O'Reilly to find out that it was my alternator but that they felt I could make it to Atlanta still. They said I would need to deal with it within the month. Well needless to say I lost electricity by the time I was by the broad river exit and pulled off for it to die. It was 1pm on Sunday. I called around and no one would help until I called Tire Choice. They were sympathic and understanding. As long as I could get the car to them by 5pm they said they would stay to fix it. I got it their by 3pm and they stayed until it was done. I, my elderly mom and my dog were all so greatful for helping and their kindness. My alternator had officially died. They replaced it and had me back on the road by 5:15pm. You all saved me and my family. Thank you”

This place came recommended and it did not fail. I pulled up, checked in, left oil and filter on the passenger seat, paid, and was on my way in less than 15 minutes total.
