Friendly staff, but maybe too friendly..?.. I had to wait five minutes for the only cashier to help another customer download and set up the Family Dollar app on their phone. I struggle with patience and being on my lunch break really didn’t feel like waiting for a task that could have been done after all the customers in line were attended to…

I stopped at Family Dollar for a pack of gum. It was about 4:15 and it wasn't busy so I was able to get in and out quickly.
