The worst pharmacy in existence. Will turn you away even if you are here by “lunchtime” because their computers shut down automatically. Sat in drive thru for nearly ten mins only to get to the window at 1:29 and be told to come back after lunch ended. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give them any business they do not care about their customers.

They do not answer the phone in a timely manner. I've called four separate times to try to speak to a pharmacist. It's inconvenient to have to go there in person for a question.

Can never get anyone on the phone for pharmacy. Wait time has never been less than 45 minutes, no matter the time of day.

Called the pharmacy twice to speak with someone about my grandfather's prescriptions since he was confused about them. Was on hold waiting for someone to pick up both times for 15 minutes. Ridiculous. There are plenty of people working in the pharmacy that someone could have attempted to provide good customer service. It's a shame they can't handle a phone call for what they get paid.

Today will be the last day I will be going to this pharmacy. The Pharmacist told me that he will not refill my prescriptions and they can't be filled until 12/29/2023. He was over looking my prescriptions. I ended up calling my doctor that was on call just for her to say the same thing that I was saying. These Pharmacist ask you questions about why are you taking the medications. It is not there concern about why I take something that my doctor has prescribed me. This is exactly why their rating is not a 5 star and never will be.

I have gone here since I moved to Cayce since it is so close to my house. However, I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that the drive through often takes 30 or more minutes to get through (I waited forever with just two people in front of me and the car at the window sat there for a long time without any movement), I don’t always get my notification texts when a prescription is ready or been received from the doctor as I used to here, and I called today at two separate times of day and waited on hold for over an hour without anyone answering. The first time I called this morning was around the time they open, but I waited about 20 or more minutes before calling to let them get warmed up since people aren’t ready on time these days. No answer when I called in the morning and none when I called after lunch. I need a medication transferred because my body messes up without it but looks like I won’t be getting it anytime soon. It has gone down a lot since I started coming here about 2 and a half years ago. I will have to move to another pharmacy as soon as I can speak to someone here.

If I could leave 0 stars, I most definitely would due the pharmacy. I currently have covid, and Medcare sent over my prescriptions yesterday. I went directly to this CVS (cause that’s where they sent the prescriptions) to pick them up through the drive-thru and the guy told me that it wasn’t ready yet, and to call in the morning to check on the status of the prescription. So this morning I’ve called the pharmacy numerous of times, and I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes each time I called just to talk to someone and ask when my prescriptions would be ready. After the last call, I hung up and later asked a friend to see if she could pick up my prescriptions. When she got there the pharmacy told her that it would be longer. So if you ever need to get a prescription DO NOT SEND UT TO THIS PHARMACY!!!

I waited over an hour on a call and still no one picked up. I understand they might be low staffed, however the CVS management needs to step in and properly staff the location. I tried to call customer support, but even they couldn't get ahold of the location. [My problem was I had one refill, but the system for some reason wouldn't fill it. Hence why I called. Now, I have to take time off of work to go in person and talk about the issue. This will cause me to wait in line for probably 20 more minutes. I'm not a karen, but this was both a waste of time and money]

Not Good experience here, another CVS called to check on an item, said they had , be ready in about an hour. Went to check on it, I still had to wait another hour once I got there. One person in pharmacy said they didn't have, I said no ,that is not right the other location had called, someone said they had, they checked again and found. This same person told me it would be $200.00 I said no, other CVS had already told me $143.00. The lady at the pick up was very helpful, I told her I didn't mean to sound rude, but the other location had called and had already told me price. The CVS on Charleston Hwy close to I 26 is the better one to go too.

This pharmacy used to be great, but over the past few months it has gone down hill extremely fast. A few weeks ago I went to pick meds. There were 5 people working in the pharmacy. I waiting in line for over 30 minutes with only 4 other people in line and 2 left because they had waited so long. I called to say to see if the had new prescriptions from the doctor the phone rang and rang. I waited for 30 minutes (no one ever answered the phone). I called the front store. The store manager answered and said he’s been getting calls like that all day and he couldn’t do anything about the pharmacy. Talk about poor, inadequate customer service. Before you know it that store will be closing because they will start losing so many customers. They should take classes in customer service and productivity.

If you need your prescription in a timely manner, ya know because your sick don't even bother with this location. I'm going to get over my illness before I even get my medicine. Luckily for me i don't have anything super serious but I would be very concerned if somebody has a serious problem, they will slack on getting your medication ready.
