Austin Kendrick towed our broken down vehicle and he was so professional, courteous and kind. He came immediately and was very efficient in getting our vehicle picked up. It was a very stressful situation and Mr. Kendrick made me feel confident that our car was in good hands. Many thanks to him, we truly appreciate him.

Many cheers to the kind and wonderful Les who made my ride home both inspiring and educational. My car stopped on Forest Drive a week or so ago. It could have been a dreadful experience since I was on my way to an appointment. Les showed up within 30 minutes, he was very professional and efficient. On my ride home the joy of listening to him talk about his wife and family made me grateful in spite of the inconvenience, I was safe. Thank you, Les!!

Dennis saved the day for me. After hitting a nasty pot hole and bending the rim of the driver's side wheel, Dennis saved me from having to change to the donut off of I-26. Then recommended where this out of towner could get help. Thanks for the save!!!!

AAA sent TVCM towing to pickup my car.I was told to leave the keys under the seat...my wallet accidentally fell onto the floorboard of the car. The technician returned my wallet minus $200 dollars.

Came and towed my vehicle at the appointed time. The man knew what he doing when pulling it onto the flatbed with a displaced ball joint and tire. The dispatcher and the driver were very professional.

trash service. they couldnt changed my tire on my mercedes sent 2 ppl out @ 12pm its now 3pm(lakeavius broke my wench) and still didnt change my tire I was left my husband had to come.
Called and spoke with Leanna she lied and said lakeavius didn’t work her that company. got nasty and hung up the phone while laughing.
Very rude and unprofessional place of business
If you have a foreign car don’t use AAA

My son's car broke down on I-20 so we called AAA. AAA dropped the ball and the car was left overnight. Thank goodness it was not damaged. Called Cola Towing and had wonderful service with them. Danny, the driver, picked up my son's car and took a picture of it for him because he was so worried about it. I have nothing but great things to say about Cola Towing, Danny (driver), and Leanna who helped me feel better about the whole experience!! Thank you Danny and Leanna!!Service: Special vehicle towing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!This Company Was Sent To Me Thru AAA.Their Driver Damaged My Vehicle While Loading It On Their Wrecker 3 Weeks Ago. They Promised to Replace/Pay For The Damages, And Promised To Call Me Back After Severe Attempts I've Made To Get This Resolved. Still No Return Call, Or Answer My Calls !!!Service: Car towing

The gentleman that is driving the tow truck for cola towing was at Circle K off of exit 22 on I 20. He seen a woman struggling to get her tire changed instead of being rude or just ignoring her he took time out of his day to help this woman in her time of need no questions ask this man should be recognized for his kindness and generosity. I hope the owner of the company sees this post today is. September 20, 2023 at 6:18 PM. Outstanding people working for this company to do something like this for some other person without looking for compensation. Truly heartless act
