Mr. Cade is the ultimate professional who has communicated consistently with us throughout this entire process. He communicates directly with our insurance company, auto parts shop and auto body shop to get whatever is needed to make our vehicle whole again. “Had a compete radiator failure on my Ram 1500…on a Friday before Easter…at 4pm. Called spinning wrenches and they asked if I could get it on ASAP. Arrived at 4:30, they immediately diagnosed and gave me a quote for the work.
Now I know I was lucky that they had a replacement for me in stock. But at 4:30pm on Friday on a holiday weekend they had me in and out within an hour. Truck was out back together with great attention to detail, and they never made me feel like I was a burden.
