I was driving my truck when my battery light came on, they tested my truck out and it turned out to be my alternator. They set me up with a new alternator, I was able to change it out, and Daniel personally did everything he could to help me, and I was able to get right back to my day. Thanks again man ?”

“Robert was absolutely amazing and helpful! I had gone to a competitor (closer to my home) to get my battery/alternator tested, as my van had trouble starting. The competitor wouldn't assist me because it was raining, so I drove to this location. Robert had no problem with going in the rain to test everything. He checked my battery, alternator, starter and check engine light, as the rain started coming down harder and harder. He then helped me select the correct battery, that needed replacing. He also took it out to my van for me in the pouring rain. As I as driving down the road, I realized I had told him the wrong year on my van. I called and spoke with him, turns out I needed a different battery. By the time I got back to the store, he had done the exchange and had the new battery ready to go. He once again, came out in the pouring rain to place the battery into my van. I can not express how thankful I am. This was a Sunday, I had my kids, my husband was out working and I was distressed knowing what was going on. Robert also thank me for the business and me know he would be there until 6 that day if I needed any other assistance. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be back in the future for anything that is needed with my vehicle. Thank you Robert!!”

3900 N Main St, Columbia“We had to make an emergency stop because our lights went out on the highway. Being that both lights went out at the same time my fiancé and I were thinking it was an issue with the fuses. After getting the fuses we thought we needed. I went back inside to ask Mason a question about reading the fuse box and he offered to come out and assist us. Yes I know that’s what they’re supposed to do but Mason went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. He was helpful, kind patient, and found the issue that we had overlooked. Mason I cannot thank you enough for your help you are a true angel. Being hours away from home you were a true life saver to us thank you again.”
